Lingo Staffing is hiring Wire Harness Assemblers in the Apopka, FL area to start ASAP!

Wire Harness Assembler – Responsible for assembling wire harnesses and electrical components according to customer specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings. This position requires experience with soldering, hand tools, and assembly procedures. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to producing quality products while meeting daily production goals.

Pay & Schedule:

• $16.00 – $17.00 (Based on Experience)
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 7:30AM – 3:30PM
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assemble wire harnesses and electrical components according to customer specifications.
• Soldering experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
• Perform soldering and other electrical assembly tasks.
• Verify that all materials and components are correct before assembly.
• Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and production machinery.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Identify and report any defects or assembly issues.
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to completed assemblies.
• Complete quality control paperwork and production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all instructions provided by the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a production environment.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
