Job Description
Billing Services Analyst (Process Analyst): Adjust bills within the AS400 to satisfy customer expectations, execute established queries without supervision, manipulate and analyze the output of various data sets and systems to uncover trends, report findings and recommendations that support continuous process, review, audit, and diagnose indicators of account level issues and defect patterns, develop and maintain queries that support Administrative processes, reduce payment cycles, and improve customer experience.
