Lingo Staffing is Hiring Forklift Operators in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!

Forklift Operators – Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders, moving and organizing materials, inventory control, and supporting daily warehouse operations. Candidates must be safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

• $16.00-$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
• 1st Shift – Morning
• 2nd Shift – Afternoon/Evening
• 3rd Shift – Overnight

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely operate forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, and order pickers, as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, or order pickers.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
• Transport, stack, and organize pallets, products, and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipping and distribution.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
• Verify product quantities and inspect materials for damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product placement.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
