Job Title: Aluminum TIG Welder

Pay Rate: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience and weld test results
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

Job Summary

Lingo Staffing  is seeking two experienced Aluminum TIG Welders to join their team. Candidates must have hands-on experience with aluminum TIG welding and be able to demonstrate their welding skills during an onsite weld test.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum materials according to specifications.

• Read and follow welding instructions and fabrication requirements.

• Produce quality welds while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all company safety procedures and welding guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous aluminum TIG welding experience is required.

• Must successfully complete an onsite welding test.

• Must bring personal welding gear and required safety equipment to the weld test.

• Closed-toe shoes and appropriate work pants are required.

• Welding helmet and other necessary welding equipment must be provided by the candidate for testing.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Ability to work the scheduled hours and overtime when needed.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting pay of $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity for higher pay based on experience and weld test performance.

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.

• Overtime as needed.
