Inventory Support Clerk

Lingo Staffing is now hiring an Inventory Support Clerk in the Sanford, FL area to start ASAP!

 
Inventory Support Clerk – Will support daily stockroom and inventory operations by ensuring parts and materials are organized, accurately maintained, and available for manufacturing when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, energetic, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Pay & Scheduled:

• $16.00 – $19.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Pull parts and materials for manufacturing assemblies in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain inventory, parts bins, and storage locations.
• Ensure materials are available and ready for manufacturing as needed.
• Assist with weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
• Support general stockroom and inventory-related tasks as needed.
• Assist with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom environment.
• Work closely with manufacturing and other team members to support daily production needs.
• Previous experience in inventory, stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable with a positive, high-energy work ethic.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
