JOB TITLE:  Powder Coating Production Worker

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT:  Powder Coating

LOCATION:  Main – Dahlonega

FULL OR PART TIME: F/T

SHIFT: 2nd Shift 3P-11P Mon-Fri
PAY-$18.00

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all principles and practices of the powder coating application
• Prepare parts and products for coating
• Load and unload parts or products onto fixtures/lines
• Wrap and prepare product for shipping
• Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility
• Ensure production deadlines and goals are met
• Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor
• Operate and maintain machinery

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Familiar with all safety procedures and guidelines
• Ability to identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in factory or warehouse is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 80 lbs).
• Prolonged standing, bending, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position with regular hours; occasional overtime may be required.
• Warehouse or workshop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and other typical conditions.
