Lingo Staffing is hiring a Daytime Warehouse Picker!

Location: East Windsor, CT
Pay Rate: $17/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM
Meal Break: 30-minute unpaid meal break
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker to join our client's daytime warehouse team. This position will be responsible for sorting, stocking, and picking products, while also helping keep the warehouse clean and organized.

What You'll Do

• Pick products accurately according to orders.

• Sort and organize products throughout the warehouse.

• Stock products in their designated locations.

• Clean and maintain the warehouse and work areas.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving products as needed.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling inventory.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.

• Work as part of a team to complete daily warehouse operations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or material-handling experience is preferred.

• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, and move products as needed.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
