Lingo Staffing is hiring Landscapers for a growing landscaping partner in the Roanoke area!
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hands-on team maintaining and improving outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping and grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and maintaining lawns and garden beds
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other materials to maintain clean and well-kept outdoor areas
• Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand and power tools
• Assist with landscape installation tasks including laying mulch, planting greenery, and installing sod
• Follow all safety procedures while working with equipment, tools, and landscaping materials
• Support team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

• Previous landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including bending, lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
