Job Description
Lingo Staffing is Hiring a CNC Machinist I in Sanford, FL to start ASAP!
CNC Machinist I – You will machine precision components used in advanced medical imaging systems while ensuring all parts meet strict quality and tolerance standards. This role also supports mechanical assembly and works closely with Engineering, Quality, Paint, and Stockroom teams to maintain efficient production and high-quality results.
Payrate & Scheduled:
- $26.00 – $30.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
- Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Operate CNC milling and turning equipment to machine precision components
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Must have 1-3 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience operating CNC mills and lathes
- Working knowledge of G-code programming
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks and CAMWorks preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
- Assist with mechanical assembly of components and finished products
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to improve manufacturing processes
- Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain safety logs
- Provide status updates on work in progress
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company quality and safety standards
- Strong math and measurement skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Technical certification or machining training preferred
- Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
