Job Description
Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Glass & Mirror Installer
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Glass & Mirror Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing residential and commercial glass products, including mirrors, windows, shower enclosures, and other custom glass applications. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work safely in various environments.
Pay rate: $18
Hours: 6am – 4pm M-F
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, install, and secure glass and mirror products according to specifications
- Install shower enclosures, mirrors, windows, and other glass applications
- Safely handle, lift, and transport glass materials
- Use hand tools and power tools necessary for installation
- Read and interpret measurements, layouts, and installation instructions
- Apply sealants, adhesives, and hardware as needed
- Inspect finished installations to ensure quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members
- Follow all safety procedures when working with glass materials
Qualifications
- Previous experience in glass installation, construction, remodeling, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to accurately measure and interpret dimensions
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift and maneuver large or heavy glass panels safely
- Comfortable working on ladders and in various jobsite conditions
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance history
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs with assistance
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
- Ability to safely handle fragile and heavy materials
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed
