Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator – Responsible for operating production equipment, polishing and finishing products, performing basic machine maintenance, and supporting daily manufacturing operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing, production, machine operation, maintenance, or mechanical experience looking to join a growing team.

Pay & Schedule:

• $12.50 – $13.50 Hourly (Based on Shift)
• 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd shift available
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, maintenance, or warehouse experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with machinery and tools
• Polish, buff, and finish products to meet quality standards
• Inspect products for defects, consistency, and overall quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed
• Monitor production processes and ensure quality requirements are met
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and work instructions
• Assist with general production and facility support as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
