Batching Operator

Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Batching Operator in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!

Batching Operator – Responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and dispensing raw materials according to batch formulas, production schedules, and quality standards. The Batching Operator prepares ingredients and materials for production while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with measurements and calculations, and able to maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Payrate & Scheduled:

• $18.00 Hourly
• Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials according to batch records and production specifications.
• Must have 2 years of previous manufacturing, production, batching, compounding, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience working in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, nutraceutical, or GMP-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with inventory control and batch documentation procedures.
• Verify material identity, lot numbers, and quantities prior to batching.
• Accurately complete batch records, logs, and production documentation.
• Operate scales, measuring devices, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stage and transport materials to production areas as required.
• Follow GMP, safety, quality, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels and report material shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and material reconciliation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Basic math skills and ability to perform accurate calculations and conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to read and follow batch sheets, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills.
