Pay: $18.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off – 12.5-Hour Shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Line Operator / Machine Operator to operate and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards while supporting the production team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Meet daily production and quality standards.
• Complete required production documentation accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic machine, quality, and productivity issues.
• Make machine adjustments as needed.
• Identify and communicate production or equipment problems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work closely with production leads, quality personnel, and team members.
• Participate in process and productivity improvements.
• Learn multiple production workstations and assist with training as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recent manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work with limited supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift after training.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and repetitive movement.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around fast-moving production equipment.
• Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and other required safety equipment.
