Job Description
Lingo Staffing is now hiring Powder Coating Technician in the Hartville, OH area to start ASAP!
Powder Coating Technician – Will be responsible for operating and monitoring powder coating equipment, preparing materials for production, inspecting finished products, packaging completed parts, and troubleshooting equipment or production issues as needed.
Payrate & Scheduled:
- $16.00 & Up (Based on Experience)
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight (Monday – Friday)
- 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Monday – Friday)
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Set up and operate powder coating machinery and production equipment
- Previous powder coating, industrial painting, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and/or correct problems during the production cycle
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Prepare equipment and ensure all necessary materials are available before production begins
- Perform powder coating operations according to established production and quality standards
- Monitor equipment throughout the production process to ensure proper operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve production or equipment issues during the production cycle
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Package completed products according to established requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials and finished products
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations
- Assist with additional production responsibilities as assigned by management
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
- Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
