Lingo Staffing is now hiring Manufacturing Production Associates in the Clearwater, FL area to start ASAP!
** Direct Hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. **
Manufacturing Associate – You will operate equipment, assemble products, perform quality inspections, and follow safety and production standards to ensure every product meets customer expectations. Pay & Schedule:
- $18.00 – $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
- Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Must be available for overtime and weekends as needed
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Operate production equipment, including rollers, trimming tools, vacuum formers, and spray equipment
- Perform product inspections to ensure quality and accuracy
- Complete rolling, trimming, sanding, drilling, and finishing tasks
- Maintain production records and report damaged materials or equipment issues
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Assist other departments as needed
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
