Full-Time | Richmond, VA

Starting Pay: $16.00+/hour (Based on Experience)

Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Concierges at a premier senior living community in Richmond!

This is much more than a front desk position. As a Concierge, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors while helping ensure the community operates smoothly and safely.

What You’ll Do

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Answer phones and respond to resident requests.
• Monitor resident emergency call systems and assist during emergency situations.
• Conduct routine building walkthroughs to maintain a safe and secure community.
• Assist with resident activities, dining services, guest accommodations, and transportation coordination.
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation.
• Help maintain clean, organized, and welcoming common areas.
• Perform light housekeeping and sanitization of shared spaces as needed.
• Communicate maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Support special projects and other daily community operations.

• Organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Experienced in customer service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare, hotel, or administrative support (preferred but not required).
