Location: Powhatan, VA

Pay:

• 1st Shift: $18.50/hour

• 2nd Shift: $20.00/hour (includes $1.50/hour shift differential)

Available Positions

• Production Associate

• Builder

• Cutter

• Forklift Operator (in-house certification and training available)

Shift Options

1st Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• Overtime available, including Saturdays as needed

2nd Shift

• Monday-Thursday

• 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

• Four 10-hour shifts

• Friday overtime available when needed

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble and build products using hand and power tools

• Operate light manufacturing equipment and machinery

• Operate joystick-controlled machines

• Use nail guns and other production tools safely

• Move materials throughout the facility

• Perform quality checks and follow work instructions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Cross-train in multiple departments to expand your skills

Training

No extensive manufacturing experience? That’s okay!

You’ll receive approximately two weeks of paid, hands-on training, with experienced team members showing you the processes step-by-step. We believe in developing our employees and helping them succeed.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus but not required

• Must be dependable with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply

• Builders must provide their own hammer

Work Environment

• Outdoor and non-climate-controlled facility

• PPE provided, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hats (when required)

• Steel-toe boots are preferred but not required

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Background check required (no violent felony convictions within the past 7 years)

• Drug screening required
