Lingo Staffing is hiring Electronic Assemblers in the Round Rock area.
Schedule & Pay:
1^st shift: 5:00a-1:30p- $17.00/hr
2^nd shift: 3:30p-midnight- $20.40/hr
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble, wire, test, and inspect Power Distribution Units (PDUs) while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.
Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electromechanical components for Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
• Install wiring, connectors, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components.
• Perform crimping, wire routing, cable management, and labeling according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Conduct functional testing and quality inspections to verify product performance.
• Follow all safety procedures, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols, and company quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
