What You'll Do
- Set up and change molds on plastic injection molding machines
- Connect water, hydraulic, air, and auxiliary equipment
- Process start-ups and troubleshoot molding issues
- Perform mold changes safely using overhead cranes and tow motors
- Assist with minor mold maintenance and machine adjustments
- Work closely with production to ensure quality and efficient operation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of mold setting experience in plastic injection molding
- Experience processing injection molding machines
- Knowledge of robots and auxiliary equipment is a plus
- Ability to safely operate a tow motor and overhead crane
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
