Forklift Operator

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Forklift Operator in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!

Forklift Operator – Responsible for finding items on storage shelves or in rooms using barcodes or serial numbers. They must securely shrink wrap them before placing them into envelopes or boxes for safe delivery. Order Pickers also operate equipment like forklifts to load trucks for daily deliveries.

Pay rate: $15.00 Hourly

Schedule:

• 1^st shift – Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• ** Must be able to work weekends & overtime **

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Must have 3 plus years of experience operating forklifts.
• Must have 2 plus years of order picker experience.
• RF Scanner experience.
• Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.
• Signals machine operators to move materials onto and off trucks, ships, and loading docks.
• Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.
• Open containers, sort, and catalog materials.
• Learns and adheres to workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Experience operating a pallet jack (preferred)
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
