Assembly Technician

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Assembly Technicians in the Warrendale, PA area to start ASAP!
 
Assembly Technician– This role plays a key part in assembling parts to produce finished products ready to ship to customers.

 Pay rate: $21.00 Hourly
 
Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
• Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.

 
Job Requirements & Duties:

• Studies assembly instructions.

•  Gathers and prepares parts and tools.

• Assembles components following instructions.

• Resolves assembly problems and notifies supervisors for additional sources.

• Maintains inventory level and keeps equipment and tools in good conditions.

• Investigating and helping resolve inventory discrepancies

• Support assembly activities and other related functions as needed

• Use of electronic screwdrivers, power tools, and standard hand tools for precision manufacturing or installations

Qualifications:

•  Experienced in component pre-assembly and following technical blueprints or schematics

• Experience operating aerial lifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts is a plus

•  3+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience

• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions

•  Ability to read work orders, bills of materials, and part numbers

•  Basic Microsoft Office and Excel skills

•     Barcode scanning experience preferred

•     Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•       High school diploma or GED

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
