Bilingual Inventory Specialist

Lingo Staffing is hiring an Bilingual Inventory Specialist to start ASAP!

We are looking for someone with strong inventory control skills, experience in consolidation, and hands-on experience operating all warehouse equipment, including reach truck, order picker, and sit-down forklift. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22 – $25 per hour based on experience

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

• Overtime: Must be available as needed

Job Responsibilities

• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.

• Handle consolidation of inventory and materials.

• Operate reach truck, order picker, and sit-down forklift.

• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).

• Pick, sort, organize, and move materials.

• Research and correct inventory discrepancies.

• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Keep the warehouse organized and follow all safety procedures.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of inventory control experience.

• Strong experience with inventory consolidation.

• 2+ years of experience operating a reach truck, order picker, and sit-down forklift.

• Experience with RF scanners, cycle counting, and WMS.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced warehouse.
