Dock Loader / Shipping Associate

Starting pay: $18/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday. 7 AM – 4PM.
Location: Indianapolis, IN.
 

We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Dock Loaders. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, can handle a fast-paced environment, and are looking for long-term growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload large doors and other materials from trucks by hand.

• Lift and move heavy items throughout the workday.

• Read shipping labels and follow work orders and picking instructions.

• Safely organize materials and prepare shipments.

• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the loading dock clean and organized.

Requirements:

• Previous shipping, loading, or warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move large, heavy items throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to read labels and follow written instructions.

• Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Willingness to learn and assist with different tasks as needed.

Pay & Growth Opportunities:
Starting pay is $18/hour. Upon transitioning to full-time employment with the company, pay increases to at least $19/hour. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential may have opportunities to earn $20-$21/hour and advance into lead or supervisory roles.
