Job Description
Reach Lift Operator – Ravenna, Ohio
Pay: $18-$20 an hour- temp to hire
Shifts: Flexible — 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift available
Typical Shift Times:
- 1st: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2nd: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 3rd: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Duties
- Safely operate reach lifts and forklifts
- Load/unload shipments and move materials
- Use PDA/RF scanners to locate and track inventory
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Verify product counts, labels, and locations
- Inspect equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements: Reach lift/forklift experience preferred, reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
