Accounts Receivable Clerk – Overnight Shift – $16.70/hour – Roanoke, VA 
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00a-5:00p, 32-40 hours
Type: Contract to Perm

Lingo Staffing is hiring Sanitizers for a leading manufacturing partner in Roanoke, VA! 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Processes customer invoices and approved returns.
• Process daily upload of customer invoices to customer portals.
• Processes daily credit card transactions.
• Posts daily receipts made via cash, check, ACH/wire & credit cards.
• Files check stubs and bank receipts.
• Research and process customer claims of invoice payment.
• Answers accounts receivable phone inquiries and follow-ups.
• Call and/or mails correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts.
• Reconciliation or audit of customer accounts when requested.
• Assist in collection, management, filing retention and audit of customer sales tax exemption certificates to comply with state and federal regulations. 

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, and/or Call Center
• Basic problem solving skills
• Familiarity with computers, and efficient computer skills

Screening:

• Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing
