Lingo Staffing is NOW HIRING Production Associates / Door Builders in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!

Production Associates / Door Builders – Will work on a production line assembling and building doors using various materials, hand tools, and production equipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with hands-on work, can accurately measure materials, follow instructions, and work well in a fast-paced team environment. Previous construction, carpentry, lumber, assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00/hour
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Build and assemble doors on a production line.
• Previous production, manufacturing, construction, carpentry, lumber, or assembly experience preferred.
• Engineered lumber or door-building experience is a big plus!
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for assembly.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to complete daily work.
• Read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Move completed products to designated areas.
• Report any equipment, material, or quality issues to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist the production team with additional duties as needed.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with measurements.
• Basic math skills.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable and able to report to work on time every day.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Self-starter who is ready to work and stay productive throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
