Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-6:30pm

Lingo Staffing is hiring Landscape Foremen for a growing landscaping partner in the Roanoke area!

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hands-on team maintaining and improving outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landscape Foreman is responsible for the installation and management of the landscape and hardscape projects as well as the crew assigned to those jobs. 
• Remove weeds, leaves, debris, and other materials to maintain clean and well-kept outdoor areas
• Operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand and power tools
• Assist with landscape installation tasks including laying mulch, planting greenery, and installing sod
• Follow all safety procedures while working with equipment, tools, and landscaping materials
• Support team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in a Landscape Foreman role required. 
• Driver’s license required with clean MVR. Will be driving company vehicle. 
• Heavy lifting required – 50+ pounds. 
• Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions. 
• Proficient heavy equipment operating skills including front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments. 
• Knowledge and experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications. Knowledge of trees and shrubs and processes for planting each.
