Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Associate

Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate in the Leetsdale, PA area — start ASAP!

Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate – Supports daily logistics operations by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

• $19.50/hour
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Must be available for weekends and additional overtime as required

Job Duties & Requirements:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness
• Match shipments to packing slips and purchase orders; report discrepancies or damages
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to shipping specifications
• Label and document all inbound and outbound shipments
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely (3+ years required)
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Conduct inventory counts and report shortages
• Track shipments and communication with carriers and internal teams
• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS systems preferred
• Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
