Shift: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45a-5:30p, Fridays 10:30a-5:00p 
Type: Temp to Perm 
Pay: $17/hour

Lingo Staffing is hiring a part-time Medical Front Office Coordinator!  
  
Key Responsibilities:  

• Greet patients warmly and professionally when they arrive.
• Check patients in and out for appointments.
• Create a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment for patients receiving psychiatric care.
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and reschedule psychiatric medication-management appointments treatments using the clinic's EHR.
• Assist with patient checkout following completion and clinical clearance from treatment.

• Manage electronic correspondence and office communications.

Requirements: 

• Must have high school diploma or GED 

• Prior experience working directly with people in a customer service, reception, healthcare, administrative, or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional telephone skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Screening:  

• Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing
