Job Description
Taylor Team Relocation, LLC dba TTR Shipping is currently seeking
One full-time AR/AP Specialist to add to our team
Accounts Receivable
Responsibilities to include but not limited to customer and interoffice communication via email and phone, daily processing and posting of customer payments (ACH, credit card, and check) in QuickBooks and our order entry system, *collections, invoicing, and assisting other team members when needed. Future duties could include Bank statement reconciliation, general journal entries, intercompany reconciliation and more.
*This person will be required to help with collections. No gray area here.
Accounts Payable
Responsibilities to include but not limited to setting up new vendors and collecting W-9 and ACH payment information, processing vendor invoices in QuickBooks and our order entry system, reconciling and coding monthly credit card expense reports, working with vendors to correct discrepancies.
Qualifications
Good verbal and written communication
QuickBooks experience helpful by not required
Good attention to detail
Ability to be a team player
Familiarity with Excel helpful
