2nd Shift

Job Description

Lingo Staffing is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC. Employees will assist with assembling commercial coolers and refrigeration units in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cooler and refrigeration components according to instructions.

• Use basic hand and power tools.

• Install parts, panels, hardware, and other components.

• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.

• Meet daily production and productivity goals.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety rules and company procedures.

• Work as part of a team to complete production orders.

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Good attendance and punctuality are required.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Must be dependable and willing to work Monday-Friday.

• Must be willing to work the assigned shift.
