Lingo Staffing is now hiring Precision Assembly Technician in the Orange, CT area to start ASAP!

Precision Assembly Technician – This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, detailed work and has strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, patience, and manual dexterity. You will be working with small parts and tools to prepare products before and after the coating process. No previous experience is required! Training is provided, and employees have the opportunity to become certified and advance to higher Masker levels.

Pay rate & Scheduled:

• $17.00 Hourly
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Mask and demask products before and after the coating process.
• Perform detailed work using small hand tools and microscopes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Comfortable working with very small parts and tools.
• Comfortable using a microscope for detailed work.
• Follow written work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Clean and prepare products and surfaces as needed.
• Inspect, clean, disassemble, and reassemble coating fixtures.
• Perform basic measurements and accurately document results.
• Follow cleanroom, PPE, ESD, and safety procedures.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, receiving, and other production duties when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to sit and remain focused for extended periods.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
