Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday (Voluntary Overtime Available)
Pay: $16/hr (Increase to $17/hr upon hire-in)

Short Description
We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Austintown, OH. This is an entry-level position with no experience required — training is provided.
This role includes press operation, material preparation, and quality checks in a team-oriented production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with press operation and production processes
• Prepare materials for manufacturing
• Perform quality checks on parts
• Support general production tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

• No experience required — willing to train
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a production environment
• Must be willing to comply with a national background check
