General Labor / Reach Lift Operator

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for moving inventory, unloading shipments, preparing customer orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Candidates must have experience operating a reach lift and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while following all safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a reach lift to move, store, and retrieve inventory.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Organize and stock materials within the warehouse.
• Perform routine inventory movement and assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Reach lift operating experience is required.
• Previous forklift operating experience is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, packing, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work a full-time schedule.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to regularly lift 30-55 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 60-90 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including a reach lift.
