Production Operator

Machine Operator – $18/hour – Covinton, VA  
Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am 
*Rotate between days and nights every two weeks, operated on a 2-2-3 schedule* 
Type: Temp to Perm 
Pay: $18/hour  
Location: Covington, VA 24426

Lingo Staffing is hiring experienced Machine Operator for a leading manufacturing partner in Covington, VA!  
  
Key Responsibilities:  

• Set up, start up, operation, and light maintenance on manufacturing machinery while also assisting in other areas  

• Assisting other departments by emptying bags, sweeping, building boxes, and rework 

  
Requirements: 

•  Must have high school diploma or GED 

• Must have previous experience in a manufacturing setting  

• Able to follow written and verbal instructions, be able to communicate appropriately both written and verbally  

• Must be willing to clean for minimum the first two weeks of employment before training on machines 
   

Screening:  

• Candidates may be asked to complete client-specific screenings, such as background checks or drug testing
