Material Handler

Material Handlers/Forklift Operators – Support production, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations. This position is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move raw materials, work-in-process goods, and finished products throughout the facility while ensuring production areas have the materials needed to maintain workflow.

Pay rate & Scheduled:

• $18.00/hour
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
   

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of inventory management experience required.
• Previous shipping and receiving experience.
• Supply raw materials and packaging materials to production work cells.
• Organize and maintain raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
• Restock raw materials and production supplies.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Package finished products according to packaging and shipping instructions.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and production records, including in-process and final audit reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and efficiency goals.
• Support quality standards with a focus on customer satisfaction and reducing defects.
• Ability to safely load, unload, organize, and transport materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy.
