Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Days: Monday – Friday
Pay: Based on Experience

Short Description
We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Akron, OH. This is a hands-on production role involving machine setup, operation, cleaning, changeovers, and supporting daily production flow.
Candidates must be comfortable performing physical work and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment
• Perform machine adjustments and changeovers
• Clean and sanitize production equipment
• Verify ingredients and lot numbers for batches
• Monitor quality and food safety standards
• Maintain organized and safe work areas

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable with physical labor and cleaning tasks
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Basic computer/documentation skills
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Must be willing to comply with a national background check

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout the shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
