Lingo Staffing is hiring a Part-time bookkeeper for a leading marketing company in the Roanoke area!

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and data entry skills who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Ideal candidates will be someone who values accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and is interested in becoming a long-term member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Maintain the General Ledger
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Process and maintain accurate financial records
• Work within our proprietary accounting/job management software (training provided)
• Assist with other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Previous bookkeeping or electronic accounting experience required
• Experience with AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and general ledger functions
• Experience with QuickBooks is not required
• Willingness to learn new software and processes
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
