Lingo Staffing is now hiring 3rd Shift Forklift Operator in the Orlando, FL area to start ASAP!

3rd Shift Forklift Operator – Who can safely operate equipment while also jumping in and helping with general warehouse duties when needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and has solid hands-on experience with forklifts, order pickers, RF scanners, loading/unloading, and material handling.

Pay & Schedule:

• $16.00/hour
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday – 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks.
• 3+ years of forklift experience required.
• 2+ years of order picker experience required.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners to locate, track, and confirm inventory.
• Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
• Perform basic inventory counts and verify products for accuracy.
• Wrap, label, and stage completed orders.
• Inspect forklift equipment before use and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Follow all company and forklift safety procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience.
• RF scanner experience required.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials.
• Comfortable working both on and off the forklift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, bending, squatting, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to safety and warehouse procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
