Job Description
Lingo Staffing is now hiring Production Associates – Weekend Shift in Orlando, FL to start ASAP!
Production Associate – Hands-on position where you will assist with production, assembly, material handling, packaging, and quality checks while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, can follow instructions, works well with a team, and isn’t afraid of physical work. Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but we’re looking for people who show up, work hard, and are willing to learn!
Pay & Scheduled:
- $16.50 Hourly
- Weekend Shift: Saturday: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
- Weekend Shift: Sunday: 4:00AM – 2:30PM
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist with the production and assembly of products.
- Operate basic production equipment and tools as trained.
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the production area.
- Measure, prepare, and organize materials for production.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment.
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in other areas of the facility as needed.
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or assembly experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on different areas of production.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and move throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation.
