<strong>Job Summary:</strong><br>
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient production operations. This position requires strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.<br> 

<br><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
&#9;<li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
&#9;<li>Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
&#9;<li>Install, maintain, and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and other industrial machinery.
&#9;<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
&#9;<li>Perform welding, fabrication, and machining tasks as needed.
&#9;<li>Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
&#9;<li>Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and process improvements.
&#9;<li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
&#9;<li>Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
</ul>

<br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or maintenance certification preferred.
&#9;<li>3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
&#9;<li>Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
&#9;<li>Experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls preferred.
&#9;<li>Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
&#9;<li>Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and industrial safety practices.
&#9;<li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
&#9;<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying industrial conditions.
</ul>

What We're Looking For

<ul>
&#9;<li>Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
&#9;<li>Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a plastics manufacturing environment.
&#9;<li>Experience with one or more plastics processes including:

Qualifications

<ul>
&#9;<li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in aluminum cargo tanks manufacturing or a closely related heavy fabrication environment.
&#9;<li>Experience and technical knowledge necessary to inspect, evaluate, and sign off completed units.
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of tank trailer manufacturing processes, fabrication techniques, and quality standards.
&#9;<li><strong>Strong welding background preferred</strong>.
&#9;<li><strong>Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)</strong> certification strongly preferred.
&#9;<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and welding documentation.
&#9;<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
&#9;<li>Ability to identify quality concerns and effectively communicate corrective actions.
&#9;<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
&#9;<li>Basic computer skills required for documentation and reporting purposes.

<strong>What You'll Do</strong>

&#9;<li>As the Quality Control Lead, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
&#9;<li>Your responsibilities will include:

&#9;<li>Ensure all products meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.

&#9;<li>Lead root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

<strong>What We're Looking For</strong><br>
? <strong>Experience in tanker truck manufacturing is required.</strong><br>
Ideal candidates will have:
