We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our residential community. Key Responsibilities

<strong>Requirements:</strong>

What We're Looking For

Position Summary

<br>The Tooling&nbsp;Manager oversees tooling builds, repairs, and maintenance activities supporting injection molding operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of molds, equipment, machinery, and facility systems while serving as a technical resource for manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

Tooling & Manufacturing Support

<br>&bull; Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve tooling issues and support new program launches.<br> 

<br>&bull; Oversee the design, build, repair, and maintenance of injection molds and tooling systems.<br>

Required Qualifications

<ul>

&#9;<br>Proven experience as an <strong>industrial maintenance technician</strong> or similar role in a manufacturing or plant environment<br>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills<br> 
&#9;
&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Hands-on experience with:<br> 

&#9;<ul>
&#9;&#9;<li>
&#9;&#9;<br>Pneumatics and hydraulics<br> 
&#9;&#9;
&#9;&#9;<li>
&#9;&#9;<br>Three-phase 480V electrical systems<br> 
&#9;&#9;
&#9;&#9;<li>
&#9;&#9;<br>PLC troubleshooting (ability to connect, download, and modify parameters)<br> 
&#9;&#9;
&#9;&#9;<li>
&#9;&#9;<br>CMMS systems for maintenance tracking<br> 
&#9;&#9;
&#9;</ul>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals<br>

&#9;<li>
&#9;<br>Willingness to work 2nd shift schedule<br>
