            <description><![CDATA[<strong>Lingo Staffing is now hiring an Inside Sales Rep in Christiansburg, VA.</strong><br />
<br />
<strong>Hours:</strong> 8am â 5pm Monday â Thursday, 8a-2pm Friday<br />
<strong>Pay:</strong> $15.50 / hour during training. $16.50 for bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates.&nbsp;<br />
<br />
Duties include maintaining and expanding an existing customer base in certain allocated territories in the USA and/or Canada and providing technical support and advice.<br />
<br />
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
&#9;<li>Sales acquisition through phone calls and emails.</li>
&#9;<li>Expected Active Phone time - at least 90 minutes/day</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain existing customer base</li>
&#9;<li>New Customer acquisition</li>
&#9;<li>Submitting Offers and Processing trials and orders</li>
&#9;<li>Maintaining the CRM program by entering relevant information into the system.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<strong>Key Requirements:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Experience in selling industrial tools or practical experience in using industrial tools would be desirable.</li>
&#9;<li>The candidate must be communicative and should not be hesitant to contact customers by phone and sell our products.</li>
&#9;<li>Professional demeanor and friendly personality</li>
&#9;<li>Willing and able to learn proprietary tools and parts</li>
&#9;<li>Experience using computers REQUIRED</li>
