Maintenance Technician

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Maintenance Technicians in the Fox Chapel, PA area to start ASAP!
 
Maintenance Technicians– Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and complete maintenance projects at the manufacturing facilities. Work independently and support safe, reliable production operations across both sites and shifts as needed.

 Pay rate: $17.00 – $19.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
 
Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday: 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.

 
Job Requirements & Duties:

•   Perform equipment maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and assigned improvement projects.
•  Identify equipment problems, follow instructions and operating manuals, and help prevent recurring issues.
•   Use basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems to support maintenance work.
•   Track work orders, service schedules, and equipment history using maintenance software.
•   Communicate with supervisors and coworkers, maintain accurate records, and complete work with attention to detail.
•   Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and applicable quality standards; perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude; basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred; comparable mechanical experience considered.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and learn maintenance tracking software.
• Effective verbal and written English communication, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
