Batching Laborer

Lingo Staffing is now hiring Batching Laborers in the Fox Chapel, PA area to start ASAP!
 
Batching Laborer– Supports daily manufacturing operations at the facility, including batching, labeling, packaging, and material handling.

 Pay rate: $17.00 – $19.00 Hourly (Based on Experience)
 
Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM
• 2nd shift: Monday – Friday: 3:00PM – 11:30PM
• Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.

 
Job Requirements & Duties:

• Assist with batching, labeling, packaging, and moving production materials.

• Follow batch formulas, work instructions, and safety procedures.

•  Operate and monitor powder and liquid processing equipment, including valves and flow controls.

•  Read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and applicable technical requirements.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Communicate production concerns and report equipment or process problems to supervisors.

• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of production experience preferred, ideally in chemical manufacturing.
• Hands-on manufacturing experience and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to understand batch instructions, processing sequences, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates.
• Ability to read and understand SDS and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in spoken and written English.
