Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM-12:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Lingo Staffing is currently seeking Picker/Packers for a full-time opportunity in East Windsor, CT. The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders
• Pack products securely and prepare them for shipment
• Label and organize packages
• Verify product quantities and order accuracy
• Use RF scanners or other warehouse technology as needed
• Move and stage products throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
