Location: West Haven, CT
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Lingo Staffing is currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a full-time position in West Haven, CT. We are looking for a dependable, organized individual with warehouse experience who can accurately and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely
• Verify quantities, labels, and shipping documentation
• Pick, pack, stage, and organize materials for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping/receiving records
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal team members
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and understand shipping documents
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift experience is a plus
