Job Summary:
Lingo Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer with forklift experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, operating forklifts, and assisting with assembly and material handling. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and consistent attendance.
Key Responsibilities:

• • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Load/unload flooring materials and stage orders
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer shipments
  • Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking
  • Assist customers with in-store pickups
  • Maintain a clean and safety-focused warehouse
  • Use power tools (table saw, miter saw, drill press)
  • Restack pallets with boxes weighing over 55 lbs

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift experience required
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Basic mechanical or assembly experience
