Lingo Staffing is Hiring: Assemblers – Barberton, OH Start ASAP!

Assemblers – This position is ideal for candidates looking to build experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining quality standards and productivity goals.

Pay & Schedule:

• $18.00 Per Hour & Up (Based on Experience)
• 1st shift: Monday – Friday: 6:00AM – 2:30PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor and production duties as assigned
• Assist with assembly, packaging, sorting, and material handling
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Maintain quality standards and production goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Must be able to pass any required pre-employment screenings
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
