About the Opportunity
A growing apparel decoration company in the High Point area is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Assistant to join its hands-on production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced, creative environment.

The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, pay close attention to detail, and be willing to learn multiple aspects of apparel production and fulfillment.

What You’ll Do

• Prep and clean screens for screen printing
• Operate heat press and embroidery equipment
• Catch garments at the dryer
• Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet standards
• Fold, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Assist with various production tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous screen printing or apparel production experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
• Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and responsibilities
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
• Dependable, flexible, and motivated to grow within the organization
• Comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
